What this site collects.

Pathfinder Evaluations Inc. (“Pathfinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This policy covers only information collected through this website. It does not describe how personal information is handled during a client engagement — that’s addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you use a contact or pricing form on this site, we may collect your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and any other information you choose to submit, including details about your sales team and the content of any message you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We may collect this using cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, log files, session-replay or heatmap tools, and similar technologies — whether currently in use on this site or adopted in the future — including tools provided by third-party analytics, measurement, or advertising services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the site functions.

Site analytics. We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with this site, through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, in order to improve the site and our services. When you visit, Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, clicks, taps, mouse movement, and scrolling, along with technical information such as your device, browser, and approximate location. Session replay reconstructs how a visit unfolded. We and Microsoft can collect and use this information. For more about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can limit this by blocking cookies or analytics scripts in your browser.

Booking a call. The “Book a call” buttons on this site open a calendar hosted by Cal.com. The Cal.com script loads when you interact with one of those buttons, and the details you enter to make a booking, such as your name and email address, are collected by Cal.com and shared with us. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, evaluate and follow up on requests submitted through this site, operate and improve the site, understand how visitors use it, and maintain the security of our systems.

How We Share Information

We may share personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including web hosting, email and communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, and analytics or measurement tools. The specific providers we use may change as our tools and processes evolve, and this policy covers any provider performing a substantially similar function, whether or not it’s named here. We may also disclose personal information where required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our business assets.

International Transfer of Information

We’re based in Canada, but the service providers described above may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, your information becomes subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it’s held.

Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through this website for as long as necessary for our business activities, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at compliance@pathfinderevaluations.com.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information collected through this site, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

This site is directed at business audiences and isn’t intended for individuals under the age of majority. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
