See your business through your buyer’s eyes.

Find the friction, fix what’s actually broken.

Real buyers from your market go through your sales process undetected, then report what it was actually like.

Every lost deal gets a theory. Rarely a reason.

Somebody guesses the price was too high. Somebody guesses they went with a competitor. Somebody guesses the timing wasn’t right. You can see exactly what your team did to move a deal, but you have no way of knowing what any of it felt like to the person on the other end.

You see what goes in and what comes out.

Right or wrong, you’re still guessing.

Lost Revenue
The same kind of deal keeps slipping for the same invisible reason, month after month, because nobody’s ever pinned down where it’s actually coming from.
Wasted Investment
Fixes get aimed at guesses. Whatever theory won the room gets budget, headcount, and another month of attention, whether or not it was ever the real problem.
Slow Feedback Loops
Confirming a fix worked means waiting a full quarter for a number to move, and even then you can’t be sure it wasn’t something else that moved it.

Stop guessing. Find out what happened.

We send real buyers through your actual process, unscripted, and unannounced. They report what worked, and what created friction, every step of the way.

  1. 01

    Recruited to match your market

    Recruited for fit.

  2. 02

    Enters your funnel

Through the same channels as any other lead.

  3. 03

    Goes through your process

    Research, contact, a meeting. Unscripted.

  4. 04

    Records their experience

    What worked. What created friction.

  5. 05

    Final Report

Consolidated records. One clear report, ready to act on.

One method. Three ways to run it.

Baseline
Establishes where you stand.
Continuous
Keeps that picture current.
Focused
Answers specific questions fast.

Now you know exactly what to fix, and what to leave alone.

Every fix from here is aimed at something real, not a theory that won a meeting. What’s already working stays untouched. And because it comes straight from the buyer’s own account, you’re not waiting a quarter to find out if you got it right.

What worked

  • The pricing page answered the objection before it came up
  • Follow-up after the demo felt personal, not templated

What surprised them

  • The rep had a different answer than the website FAQ
  • The proposal took longer to arrive than they expected
  • An unexpected out-of-office landed right after the meeting

What’s costing you deals

  • The meeting went quiet after a hard question
  • The scheduling link led to a calendar with no real availability

Everything else observes your process from inside it. We report from the buyer’s side of it.

Ready when you are.

Pricing runs in set tiers, sized by your team and lead volume.

No long-term contract. Any evaluation that hasn’t started yet is refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the commitment?

No long-term contract. A Baseline Assessment is a defined project with a set timeline and outcome, and Continuous runs on a quarterly retainer. Either way, unstarted Engagements are refundable (see below).

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Any Engagement that hasn’t started yet is refundable. A portion of your fee covers setup, the work of understanding your business, building your engagement materials, and recruiting Evaluators suited to your market. That portion becomes non-refundable once that work is underway. The exact refund rate is spelled out in your contract, so you know where you stand before you sign. An Engagement counts as started once an Evaluator makes first contact with your team.

How does this stay undetected?

For each Engagement, we build an alias matched to your typical buyer, the kind of customer you’d actually expect to hear from. Evaluators are briefed on that alias and otherwise engage exactly as any other buyer would, with no access to your internal systems. Full detail on scope and jurisdiction is on our Compliance page.

Do you use AI to do this?

No. The Evaluator who goes through your process is a real person. It is someone who actually buys in your market reporting on what it felt like from their side. This becomes more important as companies adopt tools to support their sales process like AI SDRs and Chatbots, so we provide you with data on whether these are helping or hurting your team.

Will my sales team know?

That’s your call. Kept unaware, you get a true, unbiased baseline. Teams who are aware of possible Evaluators typically hold tighter to process and perform more consistently across all their interactions, not just the ones being evaluated. Our default recommendation is to keep the team unaware during Baseline, then share results and let them know that they may occasionally meet an Evaluator once you move to Continuous.

Can this be used for staff performance reviews?

By default, no. Every Engagement Record and Performance Report anonymizes the reps Evaluators interacted with. If you want findings to use for performance reviews or staffing decisions, you must tell us before the Engagement starts. Some jurisdictions require Evaluators to disclose themselves for anything used in employment decisions, or require the evaluation to be run by a licensed individual. We can accommodate that, but only with advance notice.

Who is this for?

Undetected engagements work for sales teams with an active pipeline, while Open engagements (in which an Evaluator is known) can be used as part of training or process building. For enterprise sales teams who work with a small book of named accounts, Open engagements are recommended.
