How it works
You’ve built the process. You’ve never once seen it from the other side of the table.
Here’s exactly what happens inside an engagement, stage by stage.
Stage 01
Every engagement is built from your business, not a template
Interviews with you, plus a review of your sales collateral and any operational documents you can share covering your sales process, your value proposition, your org structure, and how leads are routed.
Everything gathered becomes a single client dossier. It’s what every engagement is built from. The scenarios evaluators are given, and the report you finally read, all trace back to it.
This is the only stage that asks meaningful time of you.
Stage 02
We recruit buyers who match your market
Evaluators are recruited and screened for fit to your market. We build a target list, reach out, and run a short interview to walk through the process and confirm fit before anyone is signed on. Each one signs an NDA before they see anything about your business.
Each engagement is then built specifically for you, with a scenario setting out the evaluator’s circumstances as a buyer, a guide preparing them, and a credible alias identity. This way the engagement moves through your process the way any real lead would, routed, qualified, and handled normally.
Why it’s built this way
Different buyers judge the same process differently. Before an engagement is assigned, every evaluator completes a Buyer Preference Profile, their own account of how they actually prefer to buy. It shapes what they’re asked to report on. An evaluator who prefers to pick up the phone is reporting on how your phone process handled them, not on your web form. It’s why a finding reflects how buyers in your market behave, rather than a single checklist.
Stage 03
No script. No dry run.
Evaluators research your company the way they have bought similar solutions before in their careers. They may check your website, your social presence, their favourite LLM, wherever else they need to gather everything they’d want before talking to anyone. Then they reach out the way they actually would: phone, email, or your web form, whichever they prefer.
They take a meeting if your process gets them to one, and ask the follow-up questions a real buyer at that stage would ask. At a chosen point, a realistic Buying Challenge is introduced, friction of the kind a live deal produces, to see how your process handles it. Each evaluator then records their full account of the experience.
Why it’s built this way
Engagements are paced across the assessment to ensure they don’t go over a small percentage of your inbound leads. This way, your team never sees a spike or extra work, and we’re evaluating a standard month.
Stage 04
Then we check our own work before you see it
Every Engagement Record is reviewed for completeness before it counts toward your assessment. Key findings are pulled from each record, then consolidated across every engagement into your Performance Report.
Why it’s built this way
If an evaluator doesn’t complete their engagement, it doesn’t count towards the assessment total. This is because the final sample size is what gives the findings enough weight to be a pattern, plus a stopped engagement isn’t a genuine read on the whole process.
