Compliance
01
Scope
Evaluators engage with a client’s sales process in the same manner as any genuine prospect: research, outreach, meetings, and follow-up. Evaluators do not access client internal systems and do not request confidential information at any stage of an engagement.
02
Jurisdiction
Pathfinder Evaluations is based in British Columbia, Canada, and operates with clients internationally. Each engagement is reviewed against applicable jurisdiction-specific requirements prior to commencement.
03
The Deliverable
Performance Reports and Engagement Records are designed to evaluate a client’s sales process, not the performance of any individual representative. Representative interactions are anonymized by default. Where a client intends to use findings for performance review or personnel decisions, advance notice is required, as certain jurisdictions impose distinct requirements on evaluations used for employment purposes.
04
Who’s Informed
Clients determine whether their sales team is made aware of an active engagement. Evaluations conducted without team awareness establish an unbiased baseline. Pathfinder Evaluations recommends informing teams prior to a Continuous Assessment, as awareness is associated with more consistent adherence to process. Where an engagement is intended for training rather than diagnostic purposes, team awareness does not affect its value.
05
Data & Confidentiality
Engagement details are not currently recorded and are not shared with anyone outside your organization. Where a client’s own systems record a meeting, the Evaluator provides consent as required. Upon completion of an engagement, Evaluator access to all related materials, reports, and tooling is revoked; Evaluators do not have access to final Performance Reports, only to the record of their own engagement while active, and operate through accounts and systems controlled by Pathfinder Evaluations so materials do not reside on personal devices. All Evaluators are bound by non-disclosure agreements covering anything encountered during an engagement. Engagement data is retained only as required under applicable legal and tax obligations.
06
Evaluator Vetting
All Evaluators undergo background checks, identity verification, and conflict-of-interest screening prior to participating in any engagement.
